he just used some fancy filters in photoshop
owow hes good.. i think ****ing not

i got adobe photoshop :) 7.0 and i still suck at gfx, im better at paint, so i guess programs dont make everything.

1) Doesnt look ANY real at ALL
2) The windows arent made right, they should be bigger at top and smaller at bottom as everything else, not square.
3) Isnt that something taken from 2k2?
