Right now only a few members of the graal staff will use this tool but in the future all staff members will use it.

To submit problems you have 2 solutions:

1) The best solution
Go to http://support.graalonline.com , open a Graaldesk account and submit your ticket (problem)

2) If you have forgotten your password or prefer to submit ticket by Email, you can send Email to:

* [email protected] for problems related to accounts and password
* [email protected] if you have paid but your account have not been upgraded
* [email protected] for all problems related to playerworlds

Please use this tools only if you have real problems

Unix.

Sorry if i have not been around a lot but we are moving our office to a new place and there is a lot of work to do.

Sir, it might just be easier to hire people who have nothing to do, and yet are willing to help. Think of it as Bugs Admin. Bugs Admin helps, because of the fact that is his job. If you get someone like Galen or yourself to do it, the players will get the support slower, mainly because of the fact you're both busy people.

Yes it take times to do stuff, for installing the support center i need to setup a new computer, setup Email relay to manage this emails, setup a sql database, install perl interpreter, modify scripts to do what we need, do testing, correct bugs, contact all staff and explain how it work ...

For doing what we are doing, Electronic Art with Ultima Online have a staff of hundred of peoples and it cost a lot of money that's mostly why Ultima Online is $60 to buy the software and $10 a month, now if Graal players would like to pay this price i will be very please to hire full time staff to do everything faster.

Unix.

I understand the resoning, but its still was frusterating trying to get technical help or account help before this, and it did take a while to set it up, I'm commenting not complaining, I did know you would comment with the topics that you did post... Though, not complaining, I understand.

Bah. I sent in a problem. I cannot log into PLAYERWORLD rc (given to me by Playerworld Owners) because of my global RC's IP being set to nothing. Or so I was told. :[
