All I see is a general HUD and a bad level. The GFX are okay, but they have the usual characteristics... I personally don't like them... however I don't like most of the tilesets I see around.

Dont get me wrong guys, and the reason I havnt showed you anything great grand and wonderful is because we havnt finished it all together, when we show it to you it wont be on the forums, but when the server is online. And hey, I personally love your menu system Konidias, but that doesnt mean its going to beat ours and I know for a fact that ours will, and you can quote me on ALL of this because myself and my server team have great confidence in what we are doing, and stop referring to that level, LOL that was made 2 years ago and it was when I first started making levels, and I did show one waterfall level that no one has been able to beat yet, Im sure someone will in time but yea...Sorry If I "hurt" anyones feelings. InfernoOfFury, how is using a ring inventory system making a "SoM clone"? Oh dear, he used one thing that looks similar to another game! Look at Graal, it's a zelda clone, they used basically the same engine, and yet they aren't being "sued" My graphics are 100% original, nothing there even really looks similar to SoM graphics wise.

The stuff I showed isn't even finished yet. Not many people take time to read what I say in the post before they look at the attachment and reply. The system isn't finished, that isn't all that there is to it. The graphics aren't 100% finished, and the level is obviously a test level, I haven't even started making the actual levels yet.

If you don't like it, I would love to see you do better, and do it all by yourself like I have been, because it's not easy to do, and people like you almost make it not worth it to even bother making a server just so people like you can play on it.

As long as you make the gfx from scratch, not copying and pasting, then I see no problem.

I just compared the two, and none of the graphics even resemble the other graphics. The size isn't the same, the design isn't the same, the selections aren't the same, the purpose isn't the same, nothing is the same except the fact that they are in a ring with a square around it to show the selection.

Man its obvious how jealous you guys are of Konidias. I mean the server looks good. It's not even close to copy right the idiot who said that needs kicked in the shorts to prevent offspring. He's been working on it this long I highly doubt he's going to quit. I mean the only player run server I've seen thats even close competition would be Marasmune. No offense Inferno but your server doesnt stand a chance with out a new tile set. It's just another second rate playerworld. Doesnt matter how good your levels are. LOL thats funnier than hell. There isnt any law suit going on. There was one way back when it was "Zelda Online" But now nothing on graal is copy written if something is found that is. It's removed. :p

Am I missing something? hes shown us 1 ****ing screen shot with a house and grass, the only thing good in it is the menu system. How can he be doing such a GREAT job? The menu is the only thing even looking good on that, and he didnt even script it, Kai did so dont give Konidias any credit for what looks good cuz it wuznt even his work.

Ok you can go ahead and quote me on that. With out a new tile set. Your playerworld wont even make it to the server list. :) now if I'm wrong feel free to rub my face in it later.

I dont enjoy rubbing anything in anyones face, I do enjoy being right and I know for a fact that you dont need a new tileset to be on the server list, because if you take a look at almost 50% of the servers, they all have the same tileset. Also new tilesets are good if you know how to program them when your server is up *cough Maoloria's **** cough* but yea...

Most of those servers have been up for ages. Nemesis even said him self the only way a server will be added to the list is if its better than the best playerworld currently up. Now with Marasmune and Konidias's playerworlds comming out and lots of places using new tile sets such as maloria which is remaking its tile set. The chances of you making it on the server list with the old tiles are ooooo about 0%. Now it might be possible except for the fact that just about anything that can be done has been done with the current tiles and people are tired of seeing the same old thing.

This post makes me laugh. For one, you contradict what you said again, when you said "You act like you know so much" because if you knew anything you would know there are several Oasis threads in this forum and I have shown lots of stuff over the course of a few months. The menu looks good? That's because of the graphics. The only thing I didn't script was the circle inventory, and I could have scripted it, but I wanted the smooth movement between selecting and I only knew how to do something similar to 2k1's hat ring. (which is just automatic switching) I don't think it would have looked ANY different if I would have scripted it. Because you couldn't tell from the screenshot at all.

Want to know why they are smart guy? Because "almost 50% of the servers" were accepted A LONG TIME AGO. If you knew anything you would know that Nemesis recently said that he will only accept new playerworlds that are better than the playerworlds online, and I highly doubt they want any more playerworlds with the old tileset. Also, wtf are you talking about "programming tilesets" you don't program tilesets.
