Although it always seems to me that whenever anybody is hiring the people chosen usually were other staff,
or even used to be in that staff position itself,
so they just keep getting the jobs over and over again,
anyway I guess my answering the question "Why should I choose you?" with the answer "Thats for you to decide based on this application" was probably a stupid thing to say lol.

Myself, CheeToS, and (I'm pretty sure) Ferret have never held staff on this server outside of maybe ET (which I was just recently RE-hired to and Auctioneer (which are not REAL staff). So.. I think Alex did a good job of not picking staff like that seeing as 3/5 were non-previous staff.
