I've seen something like that from wizards of the coast, It looks nice though, but I can't see how you can draw such a good orc, but have such a ugly looking orc,

For one, the body looks messed up, it should have rips and scars, The orc head looks like a rat, It should be more round, maybe include a helmet? There should be some brown clothing, Orcs don't wear black, its actually very expensive to get black.
