I know which tiles to use.

It's just that the whole entire level looked the same, so I wanted to make it look a bit different...

The yellow grass(aka desert) tiles should be the regular grass tiles since lots of people dont know how to take care of their grass(you should see my town, only businesses and home owners have good grass. everywhere else the grass is old yellow and dead)


And psyker, IMO the grass tiles you made would just look better w/o the extra stuff. Plain and simple, and you could detail the grass if needed.

I am not good or artistic and I forgot which tile to use... :eek:

I dont want to post my stuff because

1) You WANT to say it looks bad. No matter how good it looks you will say it looks bad. Thats why I'm not posting anything.

No seriously... by my former posts you should see I don´t go around and try and find ways to criticise someones work. It is actually just intresting to see you´re town you have made. If you don´t like the levels I make that is alright with me, I can´t help that you don´t like the same style as I do. I am more intrested in seeing how you make levels! :)

This is the last level Ive made in a long time, it took me about 1 and a half hours for the actual level and 30 minutes for the detailing on lights.

You once said that you did not want to use tiled that did not match well im sorry but those predeifined objects dont exactly fit :D

That level looks quite ok... the house looks a little strange and some stuff looks to prefefinied (And the trees at the top?! Looks kinda strange there).

And also the grass exept the outside of the house maybe should need a but more detail!

Exept that the level is quite good :)

I never use predefined objects.

And thanks, gori, since I really dont make outside levels much.

You should ^_^ It is a good training to get more common with the different tiles, and gives more variaty then inside levels :)

Ive made a few, but since im not working on a server or anything I really have no reason to....

I like the way inside levels have endless possibilities with its tiles (if you are making a house or something) but with outside levels it has to fit on the grass or fit well on the grass
