I would consider this an "Important discussion about positions that people have serious problems about." Well, the ***** part was not needed. Brad can't change the title , though.

The reason(s) I'd consider it important:
1.) He's losing gralats that he earned by selling items. No "FREE ITEMS/APPLES/ETC" banner was specified, or witnessed by police for that matter.
2.) Hype receltly did something stupid, antagonized gameo while he was in jail, and jailed him again when he had his count lowered by a higher admin AND POLICE, James. He's now banned for pointing out a few facts about hype that were no more harmful than what she said about him. I saw it. "ignorant and immature" tons of times.

No banner = NO SCAM!

Its been you need a police witness or a lot of witnesses. and there is no banner so how can it be illegal! he isnt saying its for free. The person should just watch what he/she buys.

Your views about the subject are voided since the police use there judgment to determn your guilt. your views about thier judgment are also voided. Heck, what if i got technical?

well, the police can't be trusted to use their own judgement...so these guidelines are in place to say

what is scamming
what is hacking
and so on...

scamming is tricking people into buying something that isnt worth its real value. - and apple isnt worth 1000g yet you put it up on the stand for 0 and take it donw quickly then sufdenly place it on there for 1000. that is trickery.

Hacking (your graal character) is giving yourself an unfair advantage over other players that wasnt earned honestly (such as hacking a lv3 sword or wall-walking)

Was that even necisary? There is a thing called common sence which seems to be rendered uncommon amungst most Graalians.
