Stefan can you get on Graal and fix my account? It wont even let me play survivor etc....I'm missing some flags or some hidden npcs :(

I had 70 hours on my first account...Then I reset it to be a bomy! AND NOW I RESET IT AGAIN TO BE A HUMAN! STAY HUMAN FAI!!!

i was adding commands to my bomy and doing some farming then my bomy froze and my tree meters wouldnt show up so i tryed to reconnect, it went to the loading screen and showed 1 heart progrees on the loading and thats all it did for over 5 mins then i finnaly got on and i was in the very first stage where you choose if you want to be a bomy or human, except there werent any thingys and there was a bunch of pplz stuck on that level.
i left my graal open and paused there for about an hour and nothing changed so i did unstick me and it worked.
but i have totally been whiped of everything i had.
im really upset cuz it took me so long to get all the gralats and apples i had :(
and also the NPC server was down during all of this.

I didn;t get reset :\

and stefan im going to do ARS on my acc because the way it is now i have nothing, i cant get anything, i cant change my head, body, clothes, shield and alot of other things.
im just ketting you know so my acc wont look funny or something or mess something up.

So it took 5 minutes to connect?

I think the computer must have been totaly
freezed for some minutes, because the
npcserver got disconnected too which is not
normal

Maybe it has to do something with farming or mining when the NPC server goes down.

My account got reset on Enigma but not new main =/

My account was reset too... but before all this trouble... ALL I really want is my online time back of 278 hours. I can get the items back easily.. oh and my 639 Gralats would help.

I have heared from my friends that there may be a trojan in the new graal version which was hacked into the .exe
