Yes I quit ET Admin, I wasn't really ready for it, I didn't think Brad was just going to be fired than me take his spot, I wanted to be Asst. a little bit longer and get more used to assisting the Admin but than suddenly I became the Admin and couldn't handle it for that long lol. Scream, as for hours, they do not matter, I have about 1,300+ hours but they don't matter at all, it's just the experience. I am a witness to Flameus, I saw his stand say "yesh" not "Free Arc" or anything similar to that. Although he should be put in jail because scamming is TOTALLY illegal now, yes I admit it is a person's fault for typing "buy item #" but sometimes they can't help it, if they see something for free they tend to try and say it a lot lol. Alkaiser isn't that good of Police, he blamed me for hacking when I was just laser tagging some poor guy and the guy told Police on me when he simply could of said "leave", if you don't want to play laser tag than don't just stand there.

i know i new from the beggining alkasier would not be a good police if someone has 170hours they are still n00bs even though i applyed for police i think dragon you derserv the job there will always be another time

I think the hours needed to be Police should be 250 or 300 so that the person who tries out knows more info on the server and how it's run lol. Thanks ;) . Yes I am waiting patiently for my time to come, hopefully it's not in 2 years :( You will get a chance someday too :)

From my knowledge of what i have been told it is legal to give things away at market for free if you have no banner saying Free Stuff or you are massing that you are giving away free stuff or anything along those lines.
I was going on the information I was told by Flameus and Alkaiser. Alkaiser told me that Flameus had no banner saying free stuff but said to me that he was saying that in his chat field. Me Flameus and Alkaiser discussed it in jail and Flameus was ASKED to give the money back NOT forced, but he refused so that was fine with me and I moved on. After long discussion we had no evidence that Flameus had said anythjing so I let him out of jail (which he had already been in a good amount of time). Alkaiser still convinced that he had said he was giving away free minerals rock jailed him after he asked me if he should and i had agreed because he had broken the rules according to wha Alkaiser had said.

Lelz, I had to tell Alkaiser the info on the scamming laws.

Someone should make a web page that has every rule for the server.
If we had that it would solve major problems.
players cannot say "oh i didnt know it was illegal" and staff wont make mistakes.
Perhaps it should be on the server message when you log onto the graal 2001 server then no one would have an excuse for not being able to read it.

Alkaiser simply is not panning out. He isn't familiar with the rules, and is not doing his job well. Don't give me "he's new" BS, because Alex is doing a fantastic job.

I don't even know why Alkaiser was accepted, it seems like Alkaren was judging solely off of the applications, considering Dragon didn't get in, yet some Alkaiser guy who doesn't know what he's doing did. Applications should matter a minimal ammount. Also they should lower the age limit to 14 so I can apply j/k lelz.

ive only really had to deal with one serious situation and that was when one guy was using the god mode program so it was straight to no PM jail for him and then he even admitted it and i just passed the info onto the admins to decide if he should be banned temp.

But not everyone knew the adress but if it is in the server message when you log on there is absoulty no excuse for not knowing the rules

1. Nexose.net is down right now; I have no control that the police site is not up.

2. When it does go back up, I am going to have to define what is scamming obviously. It doesn't matter what your banners says; actions speak louder than words.

3. I will speak to Alkaiser.

4. You give him no chance simply based on his hours, therefore you are already biased to his actions.

5. DragonX would not be my next person I would hire for Police.

6. Neither would Scream.

7. There is a handy little pm feature on the forums, use it in the future.

8. I will write a rough draft of the new rules, with everything clearly defined Monday, during one of my off periods, at school as I am still sick and do not feel like doing so work at the moment.

Ok, Alkaizer is new at police this I know but he has been jailing people in no-pm jail for stupid reasons and stupid things like that and we have told him to stop, but I guess he hasnt yet. :(

Why is it that the ones who complain about police, yet want to be one themselves are the very same people who would probably wouldn't do as good as the ones they cast stones against? Yes, there may be people who are police who are very unworthy, but take it into consideration that a handful of you probably couldn't do any better. No police is perfect.

Umm...We are not being Biased with Alkaiser. Yes, we have been watching him because up until he became police, nobody had heard of him. He ALWAYS chooses no PM jail over the more appropriate time and rock jails (Although it would be cool if Scamming got you sent to no PM jail:cool:). He doesn't know the rules either.

Alk, during the next recruiting session, put some hypothetical situations on the form. Like "Bill is giving free apples at the market, and then sells one for 2000 gralat. What do you do?" Little things like that. Imperfect, but it might give you a bit of understanding on how certain police will react to common situations.
