If a police has his language thing set to spanish, and he talks to the police thing, then the police will talk spanish until a police talks to him in english.

if you set your thing to french, and touch manny, you will see him talk in french.

look...for a lifetime upgrade I'd do it for free, meaning you don't have to pay excessive rates to translators. I speak Spanish well enough to probably translate Graal2002.
