dante's konidas comic was the most brilliant, true comic ever.

When you look at it fome your standpoint its compleatly true, but thats not what really happens, its sorta like a political cartoon. =\

Well, Konidias made the tile set, no he didnt get ftp for another 2 and a half months, he did levels and gfx and npcs, than he got ftp and rc and started to work alot on 2k1, but people kept nipping at his ass and he got fed up, thats what pissis me off about these assumtions, Konidias put in so many hours working.

as for me, I don't pm stefan saying, HI WUB HEY HI HO. I pm him with the status of my projects and such, I remember before I was staff on 2k1 that I said hi and wub to him, but man, Dante stooped too low on this one, I mean, I can take the suttle antagonization, but this smack in the face insult such as this? no, Dante as lost my respect now.

Durring those two months you made some additions and improvements, but your talent was not as good as it is now. And back than it was under par for stefan, I didn't even know that you did work there untill I was told by you and some other people.

But to be development on 2k1 you like talk to me Or Loriel, I haven't seen any show offs from you since that time you showed the bottom half of your sig... don't even remember where, I don't doubt your talents though. When you e-mail or pm stefan, do you show your work or do you just expect to be hired :(?



Also, Dante, on a later note, Konidias never wanted to be staff, Stefan saw his tile set and hired him as a lat, =| I thought you knew that considering your acess to the lat forums at that time, don't know if you still have it.

I never EVER begged or kissed up to get any position I held on 2k1.

I made a tileset, I wasn't even making it to replace the old one, I wasn't making it to get a job, I was making it to see if I could, and so that I could improve it from peoples comments on the forum.. I posted it, Stefan liked it, and he pmed me asking if he could use it. I said sure, he gave me LAT forum access, and I started helping out with levels and things.. I think I made the pie bakery first.. doing a few tiles for that, and Stefan added it.. then I did the market, and Stefan added it, I did the diamond axe and crafting house modification and Stefan added it.

At that point, I was Police (hired by Panda after waiting for weeks), Auctioneer (hired by Lugie after waiting for weeks), Graphics Administration (hired by KawaiiSaria because she asked me), LAT (hired by Stefan and Birdbird to help out). I was starting work on some bigger projects, such as bomy pet battling (in it's early stage) and I got warpto around the time I was working on the market (so I could get to the levels covered in trees to save them as snapshots to edit) I had warpto for a while, and made the snowcone shack. After that, I told Stefan I needed NC so I could work on bomy pet battling (which heavily requires testing online) Stefan decided around that time to give me FTP as well, so I started work on that.

Then eventually Loriel decided I might as well be an admin of sorts since I had FTP, NC, and I was Assistant Police Chief, Auctioneer, LAT, and Graphics Admin.. so I got Level 3 RC without ban rights.

That's basically it. I never once said "hire me, everyone else sucks"

But how can you expect to be hired after not doing anything for that long, if this is true?

Even look at this thread TrueHeaT, it actually shows Stefan asking him about using the tileset when he made it.

Trueheat did a LOT. He drew the graphics for the elephant, moderated the forums, created the Samurai Farmer village, added the samurai hat, etc.

Not saying that he outmatched Konidias or anything, since Konidias DID do a good amount of work for graal, including a long overdue new tileset. But he really didn't get a good amount of recognition for the influence he had.

I thought antago did the elephat... but TrueHeaT got a 31year upgraded accounnt for saniterian didn't he?

But, that work was over 6 months ago, does he have anything recient to validate his stance and application for development??
