Any competent gamers that subscribed an account, or hold one where it states in the user license agree ment "no refunds," or "graal online and cyberjourer hold the right to delete your account." Graal has both, so your statement is null here.

You sign a contract for them to provide a service to you. This is a privelage, not a right. If they do not disclose any terms to the early termination of a contract, then they are not liable to pay any sum of money.
Short and simple: The contract says they can do what they want when they want so they don't have to deal with idiots like you.

You signed a contract. You AGREED to SEVERAL clauses, one of which was "Your account can be terminated at any time by any member of Cyberjouer." Yes, that means, they can rip up the contract in a snap. They do NOT owe you anything. It might be morally wrong to take however much money, but it's not illegal.
