ETs participate in their own events, but they do not change the outcome/winner of the prize. They don't win it themselves.

In this example, the hat was the prize.

I have seen Survivors where the ET participates and wins it for his team...

no one was bidding on the item, i thought i did the guy a favor by buying his hat. man, auctioneers have been bidding on items they auctioneed forever

The rule is a rule. It's a standing, good, legitimate rule. Whoever alters it/allows them to breach the rule, does not deserve to be a head auctioneer guy.

it's a matter of fairness. I understand that rule, Ghostie, but if an ET is allowed to participate in a Survivor he holds, along with the power to warp on and off and heal himself and others and potentially ruin the event and make it onesided for his team, then an Auctioneer should be able to bid on an item in his auction. It's a matter of balance.

i want to hit you so hard. i reset the price BACK to the initial bidding price that you agreed on (1500) and as shown in your previous post of your screenshot, you kept saying 1700 and bidding on your own hat. i kept change it back to 1500 and ask for more bids and tried to buy the hat, you just kept changing the current bid :(
