A certain playerhouse owner was wondering whether house owners will have to buy new houses, or whether they will recieve them for free.

They get first pick, so logically seen they'll get it for free too.
Especially since we'd be flooded with "[NameHere] SI KURROPT!@!@" threads if they don't.

yes all current house owners get first pick and don't have to buy.. you still have to pay rent.. but you don't have to buy the key.. it's going to be interesting seeing what these houses will go for in auction though :)

I guess a time system could be added for those last-minute people that like to put off paying their rent.. you could say show rent and it would show the usual (how much the rent is and how much you have paid) and underneath that, how many graalian hours or something you have until rent collection.
