I highly disagree with business weapons being the most powerful.
Especially when you take into consideration the Ravson and AP7, the DC9 is an ok weapon, but thats it. It's ok. Most ppa weapons when faced with a lot of guns have trouble for example when the dual deagles are brought into play PPA weapons are easily overcome due to their unpredictable spread at close range (which is where most deagle users engage) and also their lack of substantial freeze (this makes them even more dangerous, and I'm not saying they are broken just very good guns).
AP7s are great weapons for taking advantage of that split second you have to run in shoot them and get out before their freeze is up, really these handguns just require a large amount of pking skill to use well.

The Ravson while a decent rifle, would be completely useless if it werent for its grenade shot, because without that it loses any functionality. In my opinion that's the only thing to use it for :(

SG22 I havent had the chance to use yet, and it's been such a long time since I've seen one in action that I cant say.

What I do wish they would do is add the defender and enforcers back. The defender used to have a chance of doing extra damage (great for contracts) and the enforcer was an automatic pistol of sorts.

I'd love to see the sewers given back to their original owners (PPA) but who knows how other people would feel about that.

The other ideas i'd have to mention I will leave out for the sake of staying on track, even though I didn't do that completely anyway.

(Did not bother reading xP)
The thing is, when Bher had there own buisness the guns were cheap like you could b them on the streets very cheap.
Now that they are untaglocked, BANG people are now rich.

I'm just questioning why the FnMark is 10x more expensive than the UMP when they are [roughly] of the same rarity, and costed (fake word) the same price when they were tag-locked.

Doesn't FNMark do 25dmg?

That's what I'm questioning; what determined that the FnMark should be significantly better than the UMP?

What do you mean? FNMark always did 25 damage and UMP always did 20.

Aldaris 06-28-2009 07:12 PM

You're missing my point.

The FnMark was always more powerful, because only the "top" Bounty Hunter players could get them (such as Wil and Frank). According to Wil, the rarity of the UMP and FnMark are identical. From what I remember, the UMP was priced at $50,000 to buy (if you were eligible). The FnMark was also $50,000 to buy (if you were eligible).

They had identical prices (to buy from the Bounty Hunter base) and rarity before they were untaglocked. With that being said: why is it that two guns who shared IDENTICAL rarity and pricing are now priced at such a distinct range from one-another?

I highly disagree on your deagle theory.
Im also thinking that the ump was the equal opposite of the rav5 I think thats what they were trying to do, but I could be wrong :o.
