As a person who actually plays the game and is active in a guild/guilds, yes.

Considering the fact that for some odd reason text on my Graal screen lags the crap out of me yes it would bother me.

I don't think those would be of use. "toadmins" is not needed. Instead of bothering every online staff member, you should direct your problems to a single one. Families don't even naturally exist, can use guilds for those. Sending messages to other guilds could be used in an abusive way.

It could be scripted to add the message to a queue that is made available to all admins, and whoever feels qualified can choose to take it out of the queue and answer it.

All the others are probably better solved with a proper chat room system instead of making more stuff generate PMs.

the same could be done for a "tofamily" in that players can join a created queue with an invite or something, thus not even needing the tags to talk amongst themselves.
