Things change, things improve. Nobody likes change these days, still stuck on the old and original.

pretty sure that the removal of horses led to the massive drop in playercount

What's with all the Classic-style revival? It's worse than the players on Valikorlia demanding we revert to 10 years ago. I personally find all that stuff ugly and boring.

I agree with #4, though.

It's all just a set of tools. There isn't truly much difference between classic and snes/handheld zelda games....with the core of their system, at least. Why are the zelda games so much more enjoyable than classic style Graal servers? Obviously they have a lot more thought and design invested in them. The flow of activity of the player, the organization of how the player is guided to what he or she should be doing, the boundries and walls holding the player from certain areas and something to actually achieve; they've all been well developed in the commercial set. I'll stand right with you and argue that the tools haven't been utilized very well in Graal. Go ahead and talk bad about the results & what players have made, but I don't think it's right to think ill of the base.

Unless you really don't like zelda games.

6. Force players to pay for playermade content because no one will pay for the official ones.
Ohi.

7. Try to appeal Graal to little kids.
I was embarassed to load the serverlist at a friend's house because of how childish and ugly the serverlist is today. V3's serverlist was the most attractive why did you get rid of it?

8. Use ugly ingame GUI's.
Ruined the playerlist and PM windows. I know this is being changed but you're now working on fixing a problem that didnt even exist before v5 and shouldn't have ever existed to begin with.

This is true.

Disagree. There is nothing wrong with the in-game playerlist. Client-RC, though....

Is too. I already have a window manager, I do not need Graal to implement another one that sluggish and lacking in features in comparison.

What's wrong with it is that it exists. Graal is not a game that is played full-screen more often than not, so I'd prefer not to have my playerlist (or RC) limited to that.

Ingame playerlist sucks. It uses the ugly Graal windows and feels much worse than the superior windowed one. Thank goodness we have an option to disable it and use the old.

I find Graal's default GUI to be simple and efficient. I also find that the in-game playerlist flows nicely with the rest of game. I also find that cluttering my desktop with windows is annoying, and packaging nonessential external windows in to the game is a much preferable situation.

I don't know about you but I disable that silly playerlist docking and usually have the playerlist closed. I only open it if I want to mass or PM someone. I prefer external windows to the inferior internal ones, specially when it comes down to the playerlist menu, options, and RC. AND LEVEL EDITER LOLOL U C WAT I DID THER??

Perhaps Graal's default GUI is simple and efficient compared to your retarded desktop setup, but surely not compared to mine.
