What he should do is look at the helmets that are already on Zone and work off of those to make them fit in.

More colors does not always equal better, especially with you using black outlines and outrageous camouflage colors. You only need 4 colors for camo, sometimes you can use more, but usually it won't turn out any better.

Here's a quick edit I did on the front side of the helmet, hopefully this will give you a better idea of what to do.

Oh, the front one looks good like that. I'll try to make the rest like that, thanks.

Much much better, but you should remove the darkening effect. I think it'd look better without it.

Camouflage should be very simplistic, and it's just an unneeded add-on.

Cool, I'll make matching body, legs and arms if you guys want me to.

i'd suggest you first make all the views of the head so that can be added, look at a zone head file so you can see what all the views are.

But what other views are there, didn't I get them all? It's just the helmet, not a head. Also, where can I find a zone head file? :P

c:/programfiles/graal/levels/images/zone
and then look arround, but to make it easier:
there are some versions, for if you're pulling something, and your head is tilted slightley backwards, but mose of the time you can just use the side view and rotate it.

I'd have to say- if i was hiding, i'd just think to rather not have that helmet on.

It really sticks out, rather than hides you. Keep all the colors near the same.

Liberated 03-02-2008 05:00 PM

trust me, if you're hiding under a tree in deathmatch, i think you will be less fast noticed if your head stucks out a bit then with a red head without helmet.
