You need a tileset to make a level, replacement graphics still need to be made lmao.

If anyone thinks its a good idea to create levels using a script please give up on ever being any kind of staff. The only script that should be used for making levels is the Level Editor.

There are some other situations where using a script for "making" a level is good :P

Just to note, GAT's/LAT's are capable of changing the tileset without an NAT doing it for them.

An LAT can make a complete server without scripts and with the default graal graphics. This would still be pretty crappy, since there would be no unique scripts or graphics.
A graphic designer can make an awesome tileset and custom bodies etc. The scripts would suck and so would the levels. A scripter can script unique NPCs. However, the levels would suck and so would the graphics. So basically, those areas of development are most important =P Ganis are not really a problem. Most people can get by with the default animations. |
