If this is a kingdom item, it is only fair for each kingdom to have their own legendary artifact amulet as well.

How many are released? Lets release that many to each kingdom. Then this is settled.

Yeah, and also, if it's just an item named after him then it's only fair that everybody else gets an item named after them as well.

Are you not reading that part where we said "Ghost Pirate" is a person...That was/is his name/alias/handle. So it's just an amulet named after him.

How can you NOT know who Ghost Pirate was?! How can you call yourself a Commodore of the kingdom Ghost Pirate created!? BLASPHOMIE! And to YOU it's a pirate item? Obviously your opinion isn't based on fact but what you think is righ, while you're at it why not just go ahead and say Monkey Sandals of Gust are called that because Curious George got caught up in a tornado with a pair of flip flops on. !pissed!

Wow, now thats dedication! Even I remember Ghost pirate from Graal 2k1. ^^

Damn, I miss him. He was damn well a fun person to hang around with.

However, I vote no. Despite it having Pirate in it, I feel that if it was given out in a event, then most likely it wasn't intended to be a Kingdom Specific item, unless if stated otherwise by staff, and/or the creator of the item.
