Anyways... house nearly completed except for things like windows and other object-type stuff that needs to be added and detailing a few things like the support stones.

You'll note that the lines of Sonic vary in width, which implies depth and contour (they're called contour lines). You'll also note they aren't limited to the outside but also define inner-objects (such as his eyebrows, for example).

Small, but an update. Running out of ideas, well... have ideas, but having a hard time executing them.
