I have a pretty rough estimate calculated for how many brutals are necessary to fully level up an area, and it's not really a crazy number. Just takes a whole lot of patience.

One idea to limit XP they should just make it everyone gains the XP of the person with the highest level of that area.

Or even better Googi's idea of making the XP = based on each players level.

Those are both good idea's. However I think the one based on each players level will be best.

It cannot be enabled until exp loss in wisdom is removed.

Yeah, but they will atleast have to relace it with some other kind of loss. Like a stat loss. Otherwise people can be a different God every 5 minutes.

I just said this.

I think someone once suggested a quest or item of sorts.

Or

A time limit between swithcing a looong time.

Draenin 02-28-2007 03:29 PM

It doesn't really matter which way you do it as long as exp loss is not an option.

Somthing like that might work. Like some sort of book that you read and it makes you godless.

That book just makes you clueless.

Draenin 02-28-2007 07:55 PM

Somehow I doubt you'd know that.

One way to fix the party bugs that are preventing us from getting parties restored is rather simple.

The real issue is you get exp in what skill YOU are using, when your friend is killing some other monster. Physical levels shouldnt transfere over parties first off, but wisdom and magic, even mental could. I suppose Agility could too. But when you think about it, if they kill something with their wisdom level at level 6 and get 50,000 points for something big, why should you get 50,000 points at level 30. Maybe instead you should get your levels experince for killing the same thing, at a reduced rate. Since your in a party you shouldn't get full experience for someone else killing a monster, but instead a reduced amount of it.

What you all SHOULD be talking about is those numbers in which everyone can agree upon. The amount of experience you get from level difference, the number of people in the party, and finally your own level compaired to your parties.

Just make it so you only get exp for what YOU kill, let the parties come back but make it so you get exp for the monsters you kill now what your friend kills

Then what will be the point in a party?
How about, for what you kill, you get the most exp out of. But everyone else get's 10% of the exp you get.
