It was a misunderstanding. His english is good but not good enough. He said Legal twice in another topic post..thats probably where they got the idea from. He meant that scamming is Illegal.

To everyone else: If scamming was legal then why would they have a 7 day ban for it? answer that.

I could tell it was a typo because it was a direct contradiction to what he had said, and also a contradiction to the link to the thread he posted. Everyone else should have seen the same thing, and I rarely even play GK :\

Actually yes. Scamming is illegal but the player who was scammed has to proof it.
I just wanted to say with that that we do not restore scammed items. We only restore items if there was a bug abused to scamm the items.

You guys also need to restore people whose accounts have been hijacked. A global had to restore me one time because Stefan hadn't restored my stuff in its entirety. :[

They will do what they do. We can't do much about it.
