Eh..It's still somewhat unfair. When he bought the item, he paid for the item, and part of it is being taken away..there is no true way to replace the dam+ on the item or whatever it is that is being nerfed.

However, there are several ways to be civil about it and try to negotiate something fair.

I have a question , the angel shield has the same stats as when hurumi first had the shield I assume , So in that case its an existing shield never questioned by you lance when hurumi was queen etc. Now that non staff have it , its ruled too powerful. Can I correctly assume there is a double standard or perhaps not a double standard but ok for staff not ok for you player standard

I had never actually seen the statistics of this object to have known that it was so grossly overpowered. I cannot fix what I cannot see, now can I?

Don't mind me intergecting, but keep in mind, we all very well know there is no winning here, so just piss and moan, bend over, and take it up the tail-pipe. Moonite, I'm sorry for your loss, incredibly, but I can't say anything to help really.. Let's hope you can try to compose yourself and get some compensation out of this.
