Hey, I bet if I dug out an old Pentium I or a 386, the Windows client would run very slowly, too. Guess that means Stefan will have to start over from scratch...:(

You still need good graphic drivers, if your video card can't even be identified I kinda doubt it supports stuff like openGL when it's used in accelerated mode or whatever it's called

imho you really need to read the fs^H^Hmanual and figure out how to configure X to work with your graphics card, get some nifty drivers and stuff, then it could work despite your less than optimal system. |
