You dont have to pay by PayPal. I believe you can send in cash or a cheque.
Edit: Also, there are plenty of underage PayPal users. Obviously they cannot prove how old you are over the internet. Also with PayPal if you do not have a Credit Card you can use a Debit Card. Most children should have a bank account if they have a job.

Yeah, I think you can still send cash or a cheque, though I never found where those options were...oh well. There used to be the option to pay by phone, but I don't think that option is available anymore. Also, in America, isn't there a certain age you have to be before you can apply for a job?

Depends on your state. I had a job at 12 doing a paper route. 50 bucks a week isn't bad for spending one hour a morning throwing papers onto driveways.

The age here is 16.

Although I can't get a job because of school, I allow myself to do random yard jobs for people.

So basically it depends on what type of job it is? Over here, it's 14 years and 9 months any part-time job. :(

Heh, and I thought 14 years and 9 months was bad. :p

Most states are 16 but the have alot of restrictions on when you can work. Like you cannot work on school days during school hours. They limit the hours not only on how many you can work on weekdays but weekends too, you can only work about 20 hours a week I think it is.

What's to stop me? Its the truth. If 'Family A' is too poor to afford to pay for an online game how can they afford either a computer (that is capable of running Win98 or better) or an internet connection? If they have both then most likely its affordable.

Heck, all I need is VIP since I don't play on gold servers much. I spend a lot of time posting here. So $20 is more than affordable, wouldn't you agree? If anything, I'd venture to say that a good portion of our trial users are of the anti-graal crowd. Yeah, I'm sure a few might have an upgraded account (legal or not) to do with for thier own purposes.

Welcome to the world of real life where life isn't fair. :)

Which, of course, is to prevent companies that employ a lot of under-aged workers (17 and under) from taking advantage of them. I wouldn't doubt that it does happen, though. Just probably in more subtle ways than one would expect ;)

Then they should be blocked so they cannot make another account. Do the accounts like trial software 30 up it doesn't work nor can you use it till you buy it. Graal does have the means to put files in the registery(by way of the graal.exe and the setup of Graal) of someone comps that will block the account till the account is paid for by use of an unlock key code over the 30 day trial period. This I think would be the best way to address trial accounts. It also can do a snapshop of someones comp so the account cannot be used by anyone other that person on that comp, much like Win XP does.
The registry wouldn't be a good idea because you could just delete the value within the Graal hive that defines it...Of course, you could force graal to check for that value in the hive and if it's not there, deny access.
