He's been sharing the KainDaMan account in game and posting with it here on the forums. It's apparently someone else's account that he either stole or that owner is letting him use it.

The owner gave it to him, and everything in it has been changed, so that the owner cannot take it back.

It's impossible to give somebody an account. It still belongs to the original owner, Golbez is just illegally using it.
