Do you realize how stupid you sound. If you're going to talk please get a clue first. 2k1 was in bad shape before he took over. It just really hasnt gone any where so at worst you could say Jeff is failing to improve the state of GBM. Which isn't entirly his fault. If people would stop dinking around and get off there butts and bother to do something aside from playing with staff toys then GBM would be some where. The only failure Jeff has thus far is lighting a fire under peoples arses and getting them motivated. He needs to get more friendly with the Fire people stick in my opinion. Maybe then people will start taking him seriously and do there damn jobs rather than GAT's playing with test levels giving themselves hats etc... or NAT's playing with candy npc's and other gizmo's. That is the only thing Jeff has failed at so far Motivation. He's not killing 2k1 and to say so is pure stupidity. It's already dead you cant kill something that was dead before you got ahold of it. If you people are so concerned about it why dont you get ahold of the staff and hound them to do the job they were hired to do. I know for a fact I've asked for graphics to be made for a month and I'm still waiting on those graphics to be started. The same is what I've heard from a few NAT's there is a general lack of communication between staff. People need to be assigned projects from either the Admin of that department or the Manager and every one needs to stop crying and belly aching about how its all Jeff's fault when thats just complete bull ****. It is only partly his fault the rest falls on the staff of GBM myself included.

Yes you should. All Tseng was doing was bad mouthing Jeff and being powerhungry trying to remove him as staff. If some one showed that much disrespect that they would be opening flames telling me how I should be removed as manager I would fire them too. Not to mention Tseng was going against what Jeff wanted by remaking and Replacing staff toys such as those stupid candies that Jeff had removed. So yes unless you have a clue dont speak. :)

I know Tseng semi-well. He would never do that. From what I understand, Tseng was fired for "inactivity."

You don't fire people for goofing around with staff toys, unless they give people tons of cash, or some other unfair advantage. (Exception, I'd say: Staff boots.)

First part look back he even made a post about it. When you specifically delete something and say dont. Then some one specifically puts it back after the manager deletes it knows the manager deletes it and knows the manager wants it gone then yes you do. I'll put my response to the other thread here as well. As soon as you stop making stupid posts I'll stop bashing them. I'm not targeting you I'm targeting stupid or ignorant posts. It's not my fault if you just happen to be the person who is posting them.

The posts aren't stupid. And you seem to be targeting me. Because the last few bashing threads I've seen were from you to me.

There is a thread some where in this forum that was started by Tseng on how Jeff should be removed and he made Manager. Which in my opinion is just pure stupidity to do something like that then be surprised when you're no longer staff shortly after. Jeff even didnt fire him right then and there he waited a while until it became clear. Which is more than I would have done I'd have given him the boot right when the post was made.

Just the last couple have been in the same catagory and have fallen under my hammer. I'm not targeting you and if you look I've even condensed two of the threads it so as to limit bashing. Also I've done no bashing in this thread as everything you have said is perfectly logical and intelligent. Perhaps you're right and the post themselves arnt stupid. But in the way you post it it sounds stupid. Maybe if you made the posts sound more logical such as this last one people might sit up and pay attention to what you're saying. But when you go around saying Jeff needs the boot (not literally what you said) Or GBM is dying we need to get rid of jeff! No one is going to pay much attention. How ever if you had posted it to sound more diplomatic people might have given you support posted reasons that support your own etc.. Right now it just sounds like attacks on Jeff. Which probably isnt how you intend it to come out but in the end it did.

You know what? You're right. I was bashing jeff. Sorry everybody, sorry jeff... I just personally think Jeff needs to do a little more with his server, and hire some more people... It seems like nothing's getting done.

I'm not so sure more people need hired as much as a fire needs lit under the arses of the current staff. They need to get motivated and projects assigned and what not. Then if not fire and hire some new people. It does seem like nothing is getting done at times. There are things being done but its hard to get anything finished in a timely manner with out all the various staff members helping each other and running as a well oiled machine.

Ok, well, it seemed to me more like Tseng was asking Jeff to step down, not flaming him. And that's not a very good reason to fire sombody. Sure, it's somewhat insulting, but still...

Anyway, all of that aside, yea. "Lighting a fire under their arses" would work too.

It's under mining Jeff's authority But that wasnt the sole reason for it. I just prefer not to list the rest as it was a private staff issue.
