Thats cause you dont use that pipe/Line/Connection to get to graal servers. (Didnt look over Trace Routes). You could use a proxy server for udp packets. Thats all i can say to help apart from wait it out :)

Go on Gaia, i have no idea why or how it can be so laggy. It just chews your resorces and lags you all over.
