Well from what i have seen of the server:

Levels are not good at all, some are nice but most I think would not be a passing mark
Quests: i couldn't even find the quests but others tell me they are along the lines of "slash the baddies."

Also i don't think there is anything new that hasn't been used before, i don't know about the jobs i don't think they have new origional jobs, so Creativity is not the greatest either.
Plus there is a lot of bugs with linking. =/

Well there GFX are on there when you choose to be Lunaris and the Tileset used when you select your Race is 2230 as far as I know =) So I think he did =)

But from preciews of Oasis, it looks like it would be an awesome server.
It seems like it is gonna be really origional too.

That's you, most people don't care that it's not going through the proper channels because it's their "friends" owning it. No matter how good it is, or who owns it, it should always follow through the PWA, they are their for a reason, it would be like guilds going through without me making sure they're okay, half the guilds would be craptastic and have cursing, and copyrighted things in it ><

I don't know, I'm speaking in general about this though. The PW team spends months and months trying to carefully analyze the servers they get sent into them, making sure that each time they pass them, it has to be a bit better quality than before. Therefore, the standards are raised a bit every time, until we get to the point where you're going to have some really nice PW's out there.

But, when one of the servers just skips the process, and the server quality is terrible, the house of cards come tumbling down and the quality of the game is downgraded.

Private servers don't need to be reviewed, they are probably under close inspection and monitored by stefan.
