Because Cybnext is NPC Admin.
If you bothered to think or even ASK, you'd know that TrueHeaT's RC didn't work for a long time due to the fact that his host file on his PC was mistakenly edited.
I picked TrueHeaT because, ****ING GASP, he's my CO-MANAGER!@!@!@!@!@ Tell me, would you prefer I fall away from any kind of logic and be stupid? Sure.
