How about we keep 2k2 from being as different from EverQuest as possible?

Sogarte - Lord of the sword
The followers of Sogarte believe in the power of arms over talk, and prefer brass, bold actions over mere words. While they are not uncivilized, it is best not to get a follower of Sogarte into a dispute at a bar, unless you'd like to be missing one less hand.

Amargak - Lord of the elements
Followers of Amargak believe in the power of the elements surrounding them. They worship storms and praise the living earth, and in return are granted the abilities to control these elements. Followers of Amargak are more interested in observing and understanding then fighting, but are fearsome in battle if one of their ideals is under attack.

Dozan - Lord of the dead
A follower of Dozan is indeed a deadly soul. Followers of Dozan believe that the power of death over life is absolute. A decaying skeleton is considered a holy object to them, and they will go to any means to get a skeleton, legal or otherwise. Followers of Dozan are typically reclusive and powerful, and even deadlier in battle.

Sideen - Lady of the seas
Followers of Sideen are similar to the ocean tides, strong but peaceful. They believe that the mind can conquer any obstacle they may face, and prefer to sort out deals with words then with swords. However, they are not full-pacifists, and will defend what they see right.

Ilae - Lady of the chorus
Followers of Ilae are loyal to the belief that sound is what makes up the world. Without sound, the world would be a lifeless void, and only music and tunes can help fill this void. They are typically cheerful people, who will both fight and take a swig at the tavern.

If you start with a scroll of piety, you learn praying so it isn't necessarily ONLY for priests :]

Grim Squeaker:

There should be a Squeakist cult, and the Graal2002 developers know they want to add official support for it.
