for future reference and to prevent mixups like this,
please include "important levels (quest beginnings, details, jobs, and anything else you want us to see)" in a "readme.txt" file or an "info.txt" file.

It would help a bit more.

Hey jinx, does a server HAVE to have a storyline?

it doesn't have to have a storyline just as much as it doesn't have to get online.

If you want stupid servers to just PK on, go to Unholy Nation.

Storyline w/o roleplaying ? What's the point... ?

Tohz 06-28-2002 09:15 AM

Well, I agree that UN is like "Rush on Hearts quest and then go PK -_-"

In graal, as far as I am concerned, there are two types of roleplaying.

Playing as the role of the character,

And Massively playing as the role of YOUR CREATED Character, not one a movie intro, and stuff creates for you.

Story who fit with Quests and Quests who come along with the Story?

If you say '/help', you will be able to read the controls for the system NPC. You can set your HP bar to 5 different gifs, by simply saying 'sethpbar <#>', or you can turn HPbars off and just have normal hearts. There's a day/night system, but you can easily turn it off if it lags you too much by saying "day night off".
I'm not trying to say anything negative...but you listed these under "creativity"

This paragraph accurately describes Andor's system (day/night was remove, but had the exact same phrase used for it). Also... /help displays our commands, and "setstats #" changes our stats.

I'm NOT saying they copied Andor, at all. I just wanted to say, reading that "triggeractioned" my brain to say it looks familiar, lol. That's all. Other than that, everything sounds pretty kewl.

no no no.

Like, a "Character" on Valikorlia,
and a Character automatically created by the storyline involving him (the Player's graal-character) in doing whatever.

I apologize ahead of time for telling you to SHUT THE **** UP. :p

Anyways. Do you want then to use /HELPMEPLZ and /SETMYBAR THING ?

Point being, they are commonly used things, and they don't necessarily mean a server copied off of another for having it.
