It's not a proper Gundam without the white, red, and blue color scheme. More like a Mobile Suit. Or just general Mobile Armor since it doesn't have legs. Zeong, maybe.

It doesn't have any of the visibly gear/screws, it can't be a zoid.

Learn you mechs. It's blatantly a Hyaku Shiki variant of the Zeong.
