Speed +1 from Archers wouldn't make that much of a difference.

Everyone has different views on stat prioritization. These are mine from greatest to least.

Str/Dex - obvious reasons
Speed - extremely important for PKing (i find it's "true" use is after being
poisoned)

Dmg - I place this higher than HP because dmg is constant, while once the
HP is depleted, the stat is rendered useless.

HP- Placed over Con because hp isn't effected by poison, Con is.

Con- Over ac/wc because who really cares anymore at 107 phy?

ac/wc - Teehee.

Personally, I prioritize stats like so for strength-based melee builds:
  • Con (Because everybody could use a little more health, and this is the fastest way to boost it.)
  • Health (As pointed out above, health is not affected by poison. However, stacking health would be difficult right now because few items have it.)
  • Str (A little harder to acquire, but still comes on many pieces of armor. Good for both improving damage and increasing your weight capacity.)

  • Damage (Rarely on armor, but a lot can be stacked on your weapon or come from rings.)

However, it doesn't always need to be like this. You should always gear yourself toward what you need at the time. No matter what, there are going to be ways to punch holes in your defenses, and you should always be trying to figure out what works best in different slots for what you are trying to achieve.

I'm really loving my item set atm, using many of the new items, Deadwood Bracers, Heart shield of torment, ghost mask and cloak of eternal frost i'm getting 645 HP

As was mentioned above: everyone has different views on stat prioritization.

This is my list:

Str/Dex
HP
Dmg
Speed
Con

Damage is to random so that's why I would rather see HP instead of dmg.

And speed, imo having 5.7 speed is more than enough (which is easily gained these days) ofc having more won't hurt. But instead of having more than 5.7 I would rather focus on dmg or hp.
