I don't get the whole "ten friends" thing.

I'm not interested in the position at all, but I've read through everything and thought about what I'd have filled out. Personally, I'd only want to add true friends to the list, and finding true friends on the Internet isn't as easy as one might think. There wouldn't be ten on my list.

If you can't think of 10 friends, just list as many as you can.

The application could be slightly better; I personally believe that the position currently available holds a lot of responsibility and with the job requirements the application form could do with some adjustments.

In the application form you've stated that someone with an educated background in English would be ideal, to enhance this I would also recommend an assessment day which would challenge the individual; a team building exercise which would involve several situations to be resolved within the team to come up with an ideal resolution to a problem, this would tell you how the person is working within a team. You could set up some direct interviews to see how the individual is and find out their hobbies etc.

The majority of this application is based on people’s opinion and how the person is perceived within the community and I believe this can easily be manipulated to give an individual a better start.
