In general bans from UC servers are mostly ignored or not taken as seriously over bans from Gold/Classic Servers. It is fairly safe to say if somebody is banned on Era for Speed Hacking, then they were most likely using a speed trainer, but if they were banned on a UC server for the same reason it wouldn't be taken as seriously because the person who banned them may not have banned them for the correct reasons.

Taking my ban history as an example. All of the bans apart from the most recent and the first one in 2006 were people messing around when I had my server.

What you're asking for is unreal if you wish the server to be used.

When you are not the Payer of the Server then you will have NEVER full rights of it, u understand? You can have full RC rights yes but still the server wont be urs. A good Manager with good Skills can pay for his own Server though.

Oh, and the grammar of that is absolutely horrible. *It demonstrates that you do not know how to use a sentence correctly, which I think is rather sad. *Also, there is not really a difference between GAT and GFX, except GAT stands for Graphics Admin Team, and GFX stands for Graphics....admin team.

Let's use our imagination. *If someone were to apply (which isn't gonna happen), and they were a good developer (which isn't gonna happen), and they were to make a good server (which isn't gonna happen), you would suddenly pop up and state that "the content is yours", declare yourself manager, and start bossing the developer around, along with any staff he hired. *Is this some desperate idea to make a good server? *You seem to like to envision you are above everyone else, and that honestly isn't the case. *You need to go back to square one and learn how to not be a noob all over again.

Just pointing out, I use GAT to mean gani team and GFX to mean graphics team. Not common usage, but my personal wording.

I hate the abbreviations GAT, LAT, NAT ect.. I prefer if they are called Graphic Arists or just Artist, Levels Team and Scripter/Coder.


If you can't/don't develop, then no offence but your opinion won't be valid. This is why good developers don't want to do "their server" on someone else's server, because it will never to be theirs, and the owner, who problem knows jack **** about development will be harassing them and bugging them about doing something which probably isn't a good idea anyway. If you're going to give free reign to a Manager to come in and make something happen then do that and leave them too it, they don't need you looking over their shoulder all the time.

And after all, you're paying for it so DO NOT give it to some nobody who couldn't manage You couldn't manage a piss up at a brewery. I don't like to see anyone throw away money on UC server that never amounts to anything because they hired the wrong staff.
