Exactly! How did he get it like that? Was this for Classic accounts only?

All accounts were named by the user upon registering before community names were introduced.

Still, it would be nice if playerworld staff changed it so it doesn't say Graal######.

Indeed, but like what's been said, that won't happen until players start complaining about it to the staff on the servers where it happens.

Maybe people have complained, but they don't listen to anything else we say; why should this be different?

As Rufus said, the reason it hasn't been done is because staff don't have community names and therefore basically don't care.

afaik Chris Vimes was going to do this before quitting era but got lazy, although all his new stuff uses community names
