Another, ET isn't actually staff. We don't get anything that is special besides Horse Whistle, but that really shouldn't count.

Paying us is just a bad idea. Lycia should just be able to take the money out of the donation cup and hand out a little to us every once in a while without having to worry that some ET will use it for other purposes.
