We'd love to let people in. We let anyone who can RP in. But we do not allow non-RPers in and for good reason. If you want to talk to me about it, IM me or something, I don't want to post much on the subject. As for lighting effects, talk to Birdbird about that. :)

I'm sure NewMain could BECOME a RPing server, but you can't really expect for NewMain to just suddenly change into an RPing enviroment. I would like to RP, cept it's kinda hard when you have one person wanting to be a hard core RPer, then you have another person wanting to gut that RPing person because the RPing person wouldn't let the PKing guy in Dustari Castle. ;)
It just doesn't go together very well when you force things upon somebody and they're not willing to let you do it to them.
RPing isn't all about Dustari...because there are other kingdoms(Zormite, Pirate Crew is infact a kingdom wether you like it or not, Samurai, and that new Cloud kingdom). So if you think just by making Dustari an RPing enviroment in order for all of NewMain to change, you're too blind to see 2 inches ahead of yourself.

Still, as jerom mentioned, it may be degrading to non-rpers. I guess, if we saw more RPing going on, most of this crap wouldn't have to be dealt with.

About the lights, Im just saying that because not everyone's computer is capable of seeing lights or they don't have a good enough video card to have many onscreen.

RPing is easy

If there were to be a PK in the castle, turn that into a role playing story for the time that it's happening!

Yeah, at first you'd have alot of that. Perhaps you could say people were revolting against the kingdom. You guys just have to think of ways to alter stuff like this to make it fun for EVERYBODY.

For the first thing: Why would a non-RPer bother with an RPing environment anyways? If they want to learn, they could say so and hell, we'd let them in and see if they had talent and teach them to RP. And about lights, yeah, I know what you mean. My card can barely handle many on screen, but the new castle isn't laden with light effects. :)

The problem is, Jerom, is that alot of people won't go along with us when we RP. They'll just respawn and keep killing us(which is not exactly fair, as far as RPing goes.). And they won't listen to us to learn, either. Believe me, it's happened before, and it'll continue happening. Which is why I can't wait for Providence, because then I won't have to deal with PKers who won't go along with anything. Oh, and Miru is never used anymore anyways...

Yup, RPing is easy. It's just like writing a book or lying to your science teacher about accidently catching her dress on fire with the lighter.

We were thinking that if the revolution event were to happen, that everyone that died would either be warped to an island, OOOOORRR!!...we could just make it so that they can float around as ghosts and just watch the battle without interfering with the fights.

Or getting it stuck in a vacume cleaner on high :rolleyes:
But thats besides the point, i've never used iceyheat while masturbating ever in my life, it's just never happened. I've never had to go to the hospital because of it, nor have i had to have surgery to replace my now nullified sexual organ.

Fact is, that could take a while to make. Hmm. I have an idea relating to that: We can have a big survivor or cops and robbers game or something for the people who die. As more people die, more people get warped to the respective game or something, just to give people something to do while the revolution goes on.

By the way, sorry about getting all nasty and angry with you and stuff earlier, I was frustrated and irritated by a number of people. I'm usually not a mean person like that, I tend to try and not insult people and whatnot. No hard feelings? :(
