I'd go with the first one. I'd rather keep things simple...

I like these 2, but the first one would probably be better for a logo, the second would be a nice banner. They are all really good.

but my votes go for #1 as a pure logo and the one with the huge noob as a banner and such. then again my tastes are apparently weird :(
