hey since i got you're attention may i get the reason why accoutns were reset without warning. takes 50x longer to go trough my trial and take items away one at atime then it does to remove a staff tool.

i could have removed the staff tool myself easly if i had the rights takes 10 seconds or less then remove me from staff server ops.
